Security, Data & Your Account Rights

Password & Login Security

We encrypt your login credentials and recommend you change your password every 90 days. Never share your username or PIN with anyone, including our support staff. We'll never ask for your password in emails or chat.

Data Retention & Privacy

We keep your account data, transaction history, and identity verification documents for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years after closure for regulatory purposes. You may request a data export by emailing [email protected].

Cookie & Tracking Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to improve the platform. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing access to core features like the lobby or your wallet.

Account Closure & Data Requests

Request account closure or data deletion through Help → Account Settings → Close Account. We process closures within 2 business days and purge personal data per our retention schedule, except where law requires us to retain records.

Dispute & Chargebacks

If you dispute a deposit or withdrawal, notify support within 7 days with your transaction ID and payment method. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Your continued use of oppatogel after an update means you accept the new terms. Review this page regularly.

Terms & Conditions FAQ

Violations — such as using multiple accounts, fraudulent deposits, or abusive conduct — may result in account suspension or permanent closure. We'll notify you of the reason. Funds in a closed account may be withheld pending investigation. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.

No. Each person may hold only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts breaches our terms and risks closure of all linked accounts. If you've lost access to your account, contact support to recover it instead of opening a new one.

Limits depend on local law and your account verification level. After full KYC (identity verification), you can typically deposit up to 50 million IDR per day via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. Withdrawals follow the same daily cap. Contact support for higher limits if eligible.

We process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on weekdays. Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS typically arrive within 5 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

Report concerns within 7 days to [email protected] with your account ID and the game ID or transaction reference. We'll review our logs and respond within 48 hours. All game outcomes are audited and final once recorded in our system.

Yes. Log into oppatogel, go to Help → Account Settings → Close Account, and confirm. Your account closes within 2 business days. After closure, personal data is retained for 7 years as required by law, then deleted. Request a data export before closure if needed.
